Choosing props for 'Once On This Island'

Lawrence Lesher is a professional actor and director based in New York City.  An Army brat, he was born in Ft. Benning, GA but grew up mostly in the Philippines and Germany, graduating from Heidelberg American High School before returning stateside and getting his undergrad degree from Florida Southern College.  Lawrence then founded the SteppenDwarf Theatre Company in central Florida and presided over a successful 4 years in which the company produced 72 one-act plays and 4 full-length shows.  After 3 years on the road traveling all over the country acting in various shows, Lawrence moved to Queens.  He is insanely fortunate to live in such a great city and wonders how he ever lived without Jimmy's Corner on 44th St.
